I really want to take this medical assisting class. It’s an all online program that you can finish in 6-8 weeks.
Right now they have a special going until May 31. It’s only $645 and it’s usually $1215.
BUT, they also have another special that if you register for two students, you pay $485 per person.
I don’t know anyone else that would want to do it with me. So if you are interested in a cheap, all online medical assistant course, let’s register together! :) After we register together everything is separate. We just have to give our information at the same time.
It is a nationally accredited course and you receive your certificate and transcripts in the mail after you pass the final exam.
It’s all at your own pace, and there are no deadlines.

Online Classes: Medical Terminology, Human Body Planes, Basic Human Anatomy and Physiology, Medical Office Professionalism, Patient Communication, Medical Records, Basic Medical Law, Scheduling Appointments, Medical Billing and Insurance Claims, Infection Control, Surgical Instruments, Emergency Care, Clinical Equipment, Patient History and Physicals, EKG and Lab Testing, Specimen Collection and Lab Safety, Introduction to Patient Medications.
Online Clinical Labs: Virtual Phlebotomy Lab (shows students how to collect a blood specimen “draw blood”), Virtual Injection Lab (shows students how to administer intramuscular injections), online clinical instructional videos in medication injections, measuring a pulse, CPR and basic ultrasound.
